BAKE YOUR OWN 8" PERSONAL PAN PIZZA!

CRUST INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup all purpose flour (be sure to get zero sodium brand, not self rising).1 teaspoon Yeast (instant/bread machine type).
1 teaspoon white sugar.
Enough warm water to make dough, probably not more than a few tablespoons. Add slowly a little at a time while mixing just until all the flour starts to come together as you're mixing.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in bowl.Knead dough for 5 minutes.
Roll dough in flour.
Put dough into lightly oiled 8 inch pan (I use an iron pan) and with your hands/fingers roll it out to fill the bottom of the pan.

Let rise for 20 minutes or so. I warm the pan up slightly prior to putting the dough in so the warm pan helps the dough rise faster.
When the dough has doubled in thickness youre reading to add your toppings.
PIZZA INGREDIENTS
1. Pizza sauce, thinly spread over crust.
2. Mozzarella cheese, shredded, cover pizza sauce with about 1/4" covering of Mozzarella.

3. Pepperoni, green peppers, sausage, etc added over the cheese.

Eat.

The good thing about making your own pizza is that you have more control over how much sodium goes in.
The crust above has no sodium, so if you can find low sodium sauce and toppings your pizza can be much healthier than storebought.
